Consent to processing of personal data
Personal data within the meaning of the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is all information relating to a natural and identifiable person. Data processing is defined as being any operation, such as compilation, recording or storage, which is carried out with this data.
For any contact with PFANNER, be it for example via email, telephone, post, fax or homepage contact form, personal data is transmitted to PFANNER for processing. At least contact such as the name and address of the sender are regularly concerned.
By corresponding with PFANNER, and in doing so disclosing personal data, you specifically consent to the processing of this disclosed personal data by PFANNER as well as the transfer of such data to companies of the PFANNER Group. This consent to the processing of personal data shall occur voluntarily and be independent of the fulfilment of a contract. Whenever you disclose personal data of third parties, PFANNER assumes you have the right to process this data. PFANNER shall process the personal data exclusively for the particular purpose resulting from the correspondence and delete it once this purpose has been fulfilled or upon request unless this conflicts any legal retention periods. This consent can be revoked informally at any time.
If you disapprove of the processing of personal data or if the personal data is that of third parties and you are therefore not entitled to consent to it being processed, we kindly request you refrain from transmittting such data.
